We approach each project from inception with an integrated environmental sustainable "Green" strategy. Site orientation, project programming, surrounding environmental conditions and budgetary considerations are melded architecturally with a palate of LEED certified building options to create the optimum environmentally sensitive building solution.

SERVICES INCLUDE

• Assist the Owner in the initial site selection and LEED program development including assessment of connectivity, alternate transportation opportunities and open space innovations.
• Coordinating with the consultant team to integrate sustainable building methodology into the building design, including systems to manage/reuse storm water, mitigation measures to reduce heat island effects and establishment of water reduction technologies.
• Working with the consultant team to incorporate and utilize "Green" energy sources as well as energy efficient systems while architecturally including passive systems for natural light and ventilation.
• Work with the development team to provide material selection and specification that is mindful of recycled products and renewable resource material alternatives.
• Assist the Owner to assure the building meets the desired or required appropriate LEED level certification "eligible" status.
