Winner of the 1990 PCBC Gold Nugget Grand Award for Best Apartment, this four story, 168 unit project designed by Lisa Pendleton, AIA and Donald Getman, AIA was one of the first to be built on City designated bonus density sites, that were originally commercial parking lots. The residential units are built over three levels of parking, including replacement commercial parking for the adjacent properties, and surround brick paved courtyards with a pool and spa.
