This master planned community included clustered courtyard townhomes and multi-story residential buildings all linked by brick paved pedestrian stradas and lush green belts. Vehicular streets and garages were designed below grade but with full streetscape improvements including post street signage, post lighting and numerous lightwell openings to above for natural light and access. Individual housing clusters wrap around courtyards with fountains and lush planting. The community amenities include a large club house with pool and spa, true greenbelt areas and secure private garages.
