This plan calls for 472 homes to replace an existing commercial parking lot. Proposed are 104, 2 story “patio style” townhomes and two, 184 unit, 4 story over garage, multi-family buildings. The two bedroom townhomes average 1500 square feet with home office space and a third level loft with bath on some plans. All townhome parking is subterranean with semi-private access from the garage to each townhome's secured patio areas.

The building designs are modulated and articulated to reflect the nearby single family "ranch style" architecture, as desired by the community. Townhomes have sidewalk facing traditional front doors and rear private patios off of family and kitchen areas. The multi-family buildings have extensive common areas including a terrace level pool and spa.
