This proposed 164 unit multi-family development will provide “workforce housing” at a key transitional location, between commercial uses and single family neighborhoods in the City of Lancaster. In addition the project is located on bus routes that provide access to the City’s WalMart Center to the South and the City’s Downtown Civic Center and Rail Station to the North.
Pedestrian friendly uses and improvements are proposed along 20th Street, including a playhouse and stores, new decorative light fixtures and street trees and a new centrally located large courtyard with fountain.
