This 138 unit luxury high-rise condominium, designed by Lisa Pendleton, AIA with Donald Getman, AIA as project architect, features units from 1500 to 3700 square feet, all with either city or water views. The tower facade includes extensive use of glass to maximize the view opportunities, accented with shifted segments of shimmering metal panels that focus the views outward away from adjacent structures. The combination of the alternating staggered metal panels over the sea green glass serve to evoke the buildings marina setting and add a tranquil resort atmosphere to the project. Interior design amenities include a library with wine bar, a fitness facility, business center and club room. Outdoor spaces include outdoor living room with fireplace, various gardens and barbecue areas.
