A contemporary, yet classic residential design is proposed for this 21 story, 158 unit project which also includes 6,850 square feet of ground level commercial. The pedestrian oriented lobby is located at the building corner and includes a forecourt featuring a four story “strata” wall that continues in fragmented sections on an angled axis to the motor court entrance. The strata wall is intended to evoke the nearby Page Museum’s archeological excavations and open space creating a strong link to the neighborhood.

Many sustainable features have been proposed for this project including the use of solar energy to power common areas, a green roof for storm water filtration and heat island mitigation, as well as architectural facade shade features and numerous natural light and ventilation sources. Amenities include a terrace level lap pool that sits partially under the tower footprint, club room with gourmet demonstration kitchen and private dining, business center and rooftop sky lounge.
