Marking the Eastern start of Hollywood's "Walk of Fame" this proposed iconic 20 story project represents both classic Hollywood and LA modern in its architectural design. The tower includes 151 units over parking and ground level retail and residential lobby. Multiple revenue generating signs have been included as an integral part of the building design, including a dramatic 80 foot open roof sign structure. Fritted glass panels depicting images of the stars are incorporated in the building's facade and canopy at the retail frontage along Hollywood Boulevard, as a tribute to the "Walk of Fame" stars located in front of the site.

The fifth floor terrace level includes a lap pool with adjacent outdoor bar and fire pit, bocce court, barbeque and outdoor dining as well as a full service club with gourmet kitchen, private dining, business center and screening room. The roof level includes a sky lounge oriented to views of downtown and the Hollywood sign and an outdoor covered terrace with open bar and lounge areas.
